The Caravane cutlery collections are all irresistible, with their very special patina and the finesse of their finishes. Each range has been designed to accompany you for many years and requires special care.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF YOUR CUTLERY:

Compliance with certain procedures guarantees resistance to corrosion:

  • Rinse cutlery thoroughly after each use to remove all deposits (food residue or other) as quickly as possible.
  • These cutlery items require hand washing.
  • For hand washing: Do not use abrasive sponges or sharp utensils to avoid scratches. Do not use chlorinated products (such as bleach), which are too corrosive.
  • After washing, wipe off any remaining moisture with a soft cloth.

Delivery

Different delivery methods will be available at checkout.

Free shipping on orders over €150 in France and the United Kingdom, and over €250 in Switzerland and Belgium (exceptions apply).

France:
- Colissimo pickup point: 3 to 5 business days – €6
- Standard delivery (Colissimo, DPD, Géodis): 3 to 5 business days
- UPS Express delivery: 1 to 3 business days

Europe: standard delivery within 5 to 7 business days.

International: UPS delivery within 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and volume of the order.

Dispatch time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days.
This timeframe is in addition to the delivery time of the selected shipping method.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order.
Items must be new, unused, and returned in their original condition.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within a maximum of 10 days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
Once your return has been approved, the replacement item will be shipped to the original delivery address.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
