Koterra
The Koterra range evokes the natural elegance of summer dining and the art of simple entertaining. Plates, salad bowls, dishes or bowls: each piece in this collection captivates with its pure lines and subtle texture, the result of entirely traditional craftsmanship. Made entirely by hand, without the use of any machines, each piece follows a meticulous process. After drying for several days in the open air, the clay is coated with a mixture of white clays, giving it a soft, organic texture. The edges are then wiped clean by hand to reveal a delicate border of raw clay that highlights each shape. Finally, a transparent glaze reveals the material, before a final firing freezes the piece in its uniqueness. Each piece in the Koterra collection bears witness to a slow process, designed to last, and a balance between spontaneous gesture and technical mastery.
