Delivery

When you confirm your order, different delivery methods will be offered to you depending on your address and the contents of your basket:

Delivery is free for purchases of €150 or more in France and the United Kingdom.

Collection point (France) – Delivery to a relay point via Colissimo, within 3 to 5 working days. Price: €6.

Standard delivery (France) – Shipping via Colissimo, DPD or Géodis, within 3 to 5 working days.
Fees calculated according to the weight and volume of your order.
Home delivery, to a mailbox or in person.

Express delivery (France) – Shipping via UPS, within 1 to 3 working days.
Fees calculated according to the weight and volume of your order.
Home delivery, to a mailbox or in person.

Standard delivery (Europe) – Shipping via Colissimo, DPD or Géodis, within 5 to 7 working days.
Fees calculated according to the weight and volume of your order.
Home delivery, to a mailbox or in person.

International delivery (outside Europe) – Shipping via UPS, within 5 to 7 working days.
Fees calculated according to the weight and volume of your order.
Home delivery, to a mailbox or in person.

Shipping time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 working days.
This period is in addition to the delivery time corresponding to the chosen method.

Returns

You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return.

Items must be new, unused and returned in their original condition.

After receipt and verification of your package, the refund will be made using the original payment method, within a maximum of 10 days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Items must be new, unused and in their original condition.
Once your return is validated, the exchange product will be shipped to the original delivery address.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
