Baco wall light

Abaca fiber

History

Graphic and poetic, the Baco wall light is unparalleled in making a real difference to any interior. Used as a wall sconce, it's a beautiful decorative piece in an entryway or above a sofa. Meticulously designed, it even features an abaca fiber veil that conceals the bulb in the center of the fixture for a uniform and elegant look.

The Baco range showcases abaca fiber from the banana tree, bamboo, and rattan. In an entirely plant-based composition, Baco creations blossom with delicate grace and a beautiful interplay of folds.

Baco products require meticulous attention to detail in their design: each piece requires 2 to 3 days of handwork by a craftsman because the structure must first be made, then the paper folded with that irresistible black stitching.

The Baco wall light can be sold with the ELECTAPP wall light electrification kit.

The Baco family

Our Baco collection puts matter at the service of light. Composed entirely of plant materials, each creation illuminates the space with a unique play of folds. Each lampshade and suspension, made of abaca fiber, a natural fiber from the banana tree, requires 2 to 3 days of meticulous work. Folded by hand, the abaca paper sometimes has slight irregularities that add to the charm of the light fixture. Each piece is then hand-stitched, with an elegant border that gives it all its character. Baco is a true gem, transforming every space the moment you turn it on.
