History

The Kaba salad server consists of buffalo horn mounted on a bamboo handle.

The rounded shape of the cutlery is the result of artisanal work:

  • The horn is first shaped, then heated to give it its form using a manual press;
  • Once the desired silhouette is achieved, the surface must be sanded to give it that smoothness;
  • Then lacquer is applied, so that each piece lasts and shines;
  • It is then attached to the bamboo handle.

The color of the horn varies from piece to piece because it is not dyed.

The darker grain of the bamboo creates a subtle echo of color with the horn. A gentle link, ensuring the duo remains rhythmic yet harmonious. Always natural.
