The Safi tagine dish has the unique feature of being both a decorative object that you never tire of and a presentation dish that will create a sensation at your table.
Made of red clay extracted from the Safi hill in Morocco, it is a treasure of know-how: the clay is crushed by hand with a traditional hammer called meijem, then soaked in water for two days and dried in the sun. Then, it takes shape on the louleb, a potter's wheel, under the hands of potters who bring it to life. The "biscuit" thus obtained after a first passage in the oven is then enameled a second time to reveal all the light of its color.
In its Honey color, it echoes centuries of tradition and fits into any interior.
Elegant lines, traditional spirit, timeless terracotta: you didn't think you needed it, until now.
