Orders are shipped via Colissimo, DPD or Geodis, depending on the items ordered.

Free delivery:
- from €150 purchase in France and the United Kingdom (excluding large furniture)
- from €250 purchase in Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway
Some bulky items require specific transport and are not eligible for free delivery.
Sofas, armchairs, large rugs, furniture, and other bulky items require a specific logistics process.
Their delivery time may be longer than for other products.

Yes. If your order includes items with different availability, it may be shipped in multiple shipments.
You will then receive a separate tracking number for each parcel.
For orders shipped outside of France, prices displayed on the website are shown excluding taxes.
Depending on the destination country, local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may be requested by the relevant authorities upon arrival of your order.
These potential charges are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the recipient. Their amount depends on the regulations in force in the destination country, the nature of the products ordered, and, where applicable, the total value of the order.
As these fees are determined directly by local authorities, Caravane is not able to anticipate or communicate them before your order is shipped. We therefore recommend that you check with the relevant authorities in your country before completing your purchase.
If these fees are refused, the parcel may be held and then returned to our warehouse, depending on the timelines applied by customs authorities and the carrier.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
You can track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.
