Shipping & Returns

The delivery area covers Europe and international destinations. Products will be sent to the delivery address specified by the Customer when ordering. Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight/volume of the package and the destination country.

Orders are delivered by Colissimo, Geodis, DPD, or Guisnel for Europe and UPS for international deliveries. Packages are delivered Monday through Saturday, directly to the address provided, with a signature required.

In the event of absence or inability to deliver the package, the carrier will leave a calling card stating the date and address of the post office/relay point where the package can be collected, upon presentation of an identity document. From the date indicated on the calling card, you have 7 to 15 days to collect your package. After this period, it will be automatically returned to the sender.

Using the parcel number provided by email, you can track the progress of your parcel by logging into the carrier's website.

Caravane Express Delivery offers an express delivery service via UPS Express Saver, available only for deliveries within mainland France.
This premium service guarantees fast delivery within one (1) working day from dispatch of the order.

Orders placed at the weekend (Friday after 12 noon to Sunday inclusive) are prepared from the following Monday, as our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

By selecting this service, the customer acknowledges that he/she is opting for express delivery and accepts the associated additional costs.

How do I make a return?

Simply fill out the form included in your package, listing each product you wish to return. Then, just send it back with the item(s) in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

When will I receive my refund?

Your request will be processed once your package has been received. You will receive your refund directly to your bank account or PayPal account.

Upon receipt of your order, we will prepare it within 3 to 4 business days. Once shipped, your package will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days in mainland France.


For international orders (UK, Italy, Greece, Belgium, Switzerland, etc.), the preparation time may vary between 4 and 7 business days, for non-bulky items only. Delivery is then estimated at 8 to 15 business days.

If you are not at the address indicated on the day of delivery, you will be notified by a delivery notice indicating the procedure to follow to arrange a new delivery or collection from the post office.

Shipping costs are adjusted and calculated based on the weight and volume of your package. Shipping costs are visible just before order confirmation.

For international orders, product prices are indicated in euros, including VAT, but excluding customs fees. Customs fees must be paid by the Customer directly to the carrier.

You can track your parcel from your customer account as soon as your order is handed over to the postal service. An email will also be sent to the address you provided when placing your order, containing a tracking link and a tracking number to follow your parcel's progress step by step.

To track your order, log in to the carrier's website (link available in your order confirmation email) and enter your tracking number. This process is entirely self-service: you can check the status of your package directly via this link.

Your order is not to your liking.

You can return one or more items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items you wish to return must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Exclusion: "In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has no right of withdrawal with regard to products made to order or which are personalized."
