Liao cherry pits

The irresistible cherry stone cushion is a soothing and cozy, nomadic object. It comes from our fabric scraps and reinvents itself over the seasons and collections, always with new prints, and soft cotton thread pompoms like subtle finish.

According to an ancient Swiss tradition, they were placed on the stove all day, to give off their heat in the evening. Today, heated in the microwave, this cushion will retain a gentle warmth for several hours.

This cushion immediately takes the shape of the body. Its heat relaxes and dissipates tension. Similarly, a few minutes in the freezer will be enough to give you long moments of freshness in the summer.

The Liao print seems to be inherited from 19th century textile documents, with generous and lively floral patterns. But Liao also remains resolutely current with its shimmering and luminous hues. Enhanced with its light little cotton pompoms, graceful and flirtatious finish. Each piece of fabric is printed in India, in the province of Rajasthan, using the frame technique.
