Your Caravane stores welcome you every day from December 9 to 23, with some exceptions*. We invite you to consult the pages of our stores to find out their respective opening hours.

For those who prefer not to choose, offer the gift card... A nice passport to treat yourself at Caravane for all budgets. Also available for sending to your mailbox.

For every purchase on our site, we offer optional gift wrapping when ordering: elegant blue and white tissue paper, decorated with a spool of red Caravane thread, to beautifully wrap your gifts.

For the holidays, shop in store, and we will ensure same-day delivery directly to your home thanks to our courier service. (This service is not yet available in our Lyon, Nice and Bordeaux stores.)

For all orders placed before December 25, the return period is extended to 1 month, instead of the usual 14 days.

We work with Colissimo and DPD Predict, which ensure delivery between 48 and 72 hours after your order is shipped. To receive your gifts in time for Christmas, we advise you to place your orders before December 15 for Europe and countries with customs, and December 20 for France. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
