History

Caravane's signature light fixture, Bell is now available as a wall light. With, of course, the details that make it a success: natural par excellence, plant-based and artisanal, handmade in the Philippines, it stands out for its elegant simplicity.

From its abaca structure - an emblematic plant of Philippine craftsmanship - to its rattan frame, nothing is left to chance. In black and white, the striking contrast makes it a very graphic element in a room. In natural, Bell focuses on a subtle softness.

On either side of a bed for an atmosphere that is both cozy and remarkable, the Bell wall light has a little effect when it is off... As when it is on, when it radiates a warm, matte light.

Installation:
Two installation options are possible for the wall light:

  • Installation with wall mounting plate (direct electrical connection in the wall)
    If your electrical outlet comes directly from the wall, the wall light can be installed using a mounting plate.
    The plate is connected to the electrical wires in the wall and then fixed to it. The wall light is then screwed onto the plate, and the bulb is screwed into the integrated socket.
  • Installation with plug-in electrification and cable
    If you do not have a wall electrical outlet, the wall light can be used with an electrification kit equipped with a cable and plug.
    The wall light is fixed to the wall and connected to the power outlet using the cable. The bulb is screwed into the socket of the electrification.


Care instructions:

Clean the wall light with a soft, dry cloth to preserve the finish of the material.
Avoid using abrasive products, solvents, or household cleaners that could damage the finish.
We recommend using LED bulbs to preserve the wall light and maintain soft lighting.

Made from recycled plant-based paper, bamboo and rattan, Bell is the result of a meticulous manufacturing process that highlights both the beauty of nature and artisanal know-how. Recycled plant paper is an environmentally friendly material, made from recovered and transformed plant fibers. This paper is shaped by hand, in an artisanal process that gives it a unique and organic texture. Each sheet of paper is carefully assembled to create a delicate and airy lampshade, which diffuses light in a soft and even way.

Bamboo and rattan, used for the structure and details of the lamp, bring a touch of warmth and robustness. Bamboo, a light and resistant material, is worked to form an elegant frame, while rattan, hand-woven, enhances the finishes.
