History

Tetsu cutlery charms with its raw, assumed look: handcrafted in stainless steel, it is formed by a white-hot steel plate rolled up on itself to obtain this shape. Their raw finish gives them this bold look of natural metal, and this signature black color that testifies to the heating of the steel.

Very pleasant to handle, they can be combined with MILKY WAY tableware for a classic black and white look, or with ELLIPSIS for a surprising chiaroscuro.

PRESERVE THE BEAUTY OF YOUR TETSU CUTLERY...

The Caravane cutlery collections are all irresistible, with their very special patina and the finesse of their finishes. Each range has been designed to accompany you for many years and requires special care.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF YOUR CUTLERY:

Compliance with certain procedures guarantees resistance to corrosion:

- Before using your cutlery for the first time, wash it by hand with warm water and mild soap and dry it with a cloth. This will remove any residue from the production process.

- Rinse the cutlery carefully after each use to remove all deposits (food residue or other) as quickly as possible.

- For hand washing: Do not use abrasive sponges or sharp utensils to avoid scratches. Do not use chlorinated products (such as bleach), which are too corrosive.

- For machine washing: follow the instructions of the dishwasher and cleaning product manufacturers: there is no need to overdose on the product and adapt your appliances to the hardness of the water.

- After washing, wipe off any traces of moisture with a soft cloth.
Beauty tip: marks may appear after several washes in the dishwasher. To maintain this, we recommend wiping the handle with a soft cloth soaked in a few drops of cooking oil.

Black residue:

Before using your cutlery for the first time, wash it by hand with warm water and mild soap and dry it with a cloth. This will remove any residue from the production process.

Rust:

Testu cutlery is maintained in the same way as the Iron Ages.

Rust marks are caused by humidity. Simply wipe the handle with a soft cloth soaked in a few drops of cooking oil to remove the marks.
