There are moments when we choose to stay. Summer has not quite left us yet. Autumn can wait a little longer. A quiet in-between, like a breath, where the living room settles into a new rhythm. The light lingers, lower and softer. It glides over fabrics, revealing the depth of colours and the textures of a piece shaped by hand. We sit down with no thought of leaving. A book lies open, the hours pass differently, and the outside world already seems a little further away. This is where Intermède begins: in this suspended moment, when the living room becomes the gentlest of escapes.
