Papilio arouses curiosity because behind its modern appearance, it reminds us of patterns from yesteryear: its floral pattern is memorable and appeals to all generations. It is a real invitation to travel and to lush nature.

Papilio takes up the patterns traditionally block printed in India. Guided by the hand of the craftsman, Papilio draws inspiration from this tradition but reinvents it and transcribes it into embroidery, on a larger scale, with strong and invigorating hues. A work that gives it a unique relief.

This cover is made of thick cotton, topped with dense embroidery thread, with chosen irregularities: chain stitch, braided stitch... the final result is irresistible with a Papilio full of shape, with an almost pictorial dimension.

The cushion cover is made in India and is Hazardous, waste, OEKOTEX and GOTS certified.
