The Koterra pie dish is unparalleled for enhancing your culinary creations: its natural colors will highlight the most colorful seasonal pies.

Indeed, the particularity of the range lies in a skillfully mastered technique for a falsely spontaneous effect: each piece is shaped by hand without the slightest machine, before being left to dry for several days.

Then, the pieces are engobed, that is to say covered with a mixture of white clays which adds texture to the whole.

The edges are then delicately wiped to bring out a subtle border of color from the raw earth.

Finally, the enamel is applied before a final firing which will finalize the creation.
